Barf Carcass While MOTA hasn't recaptured the magic of Quietly, they are really good at what they do. One hopes that the consistency of this album and Dawning suggest that these guys will keep going strong.

Ben Hank Way different if you're used to older MoTA, but this is a great doomy psychedelic-tinged metal record. Favorite track: Fallen Star.
David McLane

David McLane like dante, mouth of the architect take you on a journey. an exploration. going deeper and deeper down the path of life and death and everything beyond. stunning, absolutely stunning! i love the direction this band is taking. Favorite track: Drown the Old.

D.A.M. Different, but very good. Takes some getting used to as this band has always stuck to a familiar formula of massively sludgy and long tracks. After a few jams it's easy to get used to though. Band has never done wrong by me and it was awesome seeing them play this stuff earlier this summer. Favorite track: Stretching Out.
